Experience a thrilling adventure in Elm, a haven for all ages that promises excitement and exploration! Nestled amidst a backdrop of picturesque landscapes, Elm invites families for a small hike filled with diverse options and easy trails. Our journey started with a lift ride, ascending to the starting point of the enchanting "Giant Forest" themed trail.

Setting foot on the trail, anticipation heightened as we encountered 17 individually designed stations, teaching you about the region and engaging young explorers. The trail also unveiled information about the UNESCO Swiss Tectonic area Sardona, adding a very interesting educational touch to our outdoor journey in Elm.

Luck favored us as the clouds lifted slightly revealing Martinsloch, a small hole in the mountain and a distinguished UNESCO World Heritage site in Switzerland. The panoramic view added a touch of wonder to our already captivating adventure.

The excitement continued as the kids leaped onto trampolines and tried their hand at gold digging beside a quaint restaurant. Their finds were promptly exchanged for delightful treats, marking a sweet pause in our exploration. The real thrill, however, awaited us as we collectively embraced the adrenaline rush of mountain karting down, an experience so exhilarating that we couldn't resist going up for another round.

Pro tip: Your lift pass isn't just a ticket to elevation and exploration; it also unlocks discounts at the Läderach chocolate factory in Bilten. We eagerly capitalized on this, immersing ourselves in a world of chocolate delights. Ensure you allocate sufficient time for a factory visit before it closes and don't miss the delectable chocolate fountain during the self-guided tour – a perfect finale to our unforgettable Elm experience. Come join the thrill, the learning, and the indulgence – Elm is an adventure waiting to captivate your entire family!
